Philip Parahi
General Manager/ Director
20 + years in the scaffolding industry. Phil joined Safe Scaffolding in December 2018 and the company has gone from strength to strength. Phil’s knowledge of the scaffolding industry is extensive, allowing him to navigate complex projects with ease and provide expert guidance on safety regulations, equipment selection, and efficient setup techniques.

Anaru Haerewa
Operations Manager
With over 10 years of experience in the scaffolding industry, all with Safe Scaffolding, Anaru has grown through the ranks. He began his journey as a Scaffolder, quickly stepping up as a Team Leader. From there, he transitioned into the estimating team within the office. Today, he proudly serves as our exceptional Operations Manager. Anaru’s extensive skills and industry knowledge are truly invaluable to Safe Scaffolding.

Kirsty Bennett
Senior Estimator
Kirsty has been a valued member of the Safe Scaffolding team for over 8 years, with a brief break to focus on raising her children. She spent 7 of those years as our dedicated Office Manager and has now returned to take on the role of Estimator. Kirsty’s wealth of knowledge and experience makes her an integral part of our team, contributing greatly to the continued success of Safe Scaffolding.

Our beloved dog mascot is the heart and soul of Safe Scaffolding. He’s a good boy through and through—loyal, friendly, and always ready to brighten the team’s day. Whether he’s keeping morale high on-site or offering a warm welcome in the office, he’s a valued member of the crew. A true top dog, he reminds us every day that hard work is best done with a wagging tail and a smile!
THE TEAM

At Safe Scaffolding we are a team of 24 staff members containing 3 Advanced ticketed scaffolders, and 7 Elementary or above ticketed scaffolders. All of our leading hands have over 3 years experience.
THE FLEET

We currently have 5 large trucks running daily, 2 medium trucks and one small truck for all scaffold requirements.
